Rachel focuses her practice in civil litigation at Saeed & Little LLP on business and contract disputes, collections, contractor liability, homeowner’s insurance, personal injury, premises liability and products liability. Prior to joining Saeed & Little, Rachel obtained extensive experience in insurance defense, self-insured motor carrier defense, trucking liability, motor carrier law, premises liability and products liability. With her knowledge of defense tactics, Rachel is passionate about getting her clients the justice and compensation they deserve. Moreover, her years of experience specializing in insurance claims have provided her with a deep understanding of the claims process and the methods used by insurance carriers to deny, delay, and defend paying honest claims.

Rachel received her juris doctorate in 2016 from Syracuse University College of Law. In addition to her work on behalf of claimants in disputes with insurance carriers, she assists clients in matters involving construction law, first-party insurance litigation, contract disputes, personal injury matters, and wrongful death suits.

Rachel is licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. Rachel is also a trained Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) and volunteers her time assisting children in custody matters before Marion County and Hamilton County Courts.

Outside the practice of law, Rachel enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening, and spending time with her husband and two children. She is a native Hoosier and loves cheering on the Indiana Pacers.
