Nida is a graduate of DePaul University College of law and University of Illinois at Chicago where she studied political science with an emphasis on law and courts.

Nida’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters. She has experience ranging from small to multi-million-dollar transactions. Her experience also includes advising clients on general corporate governance, as well as guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions, and private placements. Nida also drafts and negotiates commercial contracts for a variety of clients, ranging from start-ups to well-established corporation, to protect their business needs related to distribution, technology, and intellectual property matters, as well as their relationships with their manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.

Drawing on her for-profit corporate experience, Nida also aids non-profit clients by counseling them through the complexities of charitable organization, tax exemption applications, and state regulatory registrations.
